Our most urgent need for volunteers centers around the World Food Prize annual events week, which occurs each October on or around UN World Food Day (October 16). At that time, volunteers play a key role in ensuring that the Borlaug Dialogue symposium, the World Food Prize Laureate Award Ceremony, the Iowa Hunger Summit, and all other elements of the week run smoothly and successfully.
In addition to our annual events week, the World Food Prize greatly appreciates the generous support of volunteers year-round.
