If you are interested in bringing in an entertainment vendor that is not on the Hall of Laureates exclusive entertainer list, the cost to bring in an outside vendor is $500. In addition to that fee, there are insurance requirements that entertainment vendor would need to meet no later than 60 days in advance from the date of the event. Should that insurance not be provided 60 days in advance, that outside entertainer vendor would not be allowed in the Hall of Laureates and your payment would be refunded. There are no exceptions to this rule.
